Phil Leech - Head of Sixth Form

I would like to welcome you to the Eastbury Sixth Form web site. Our Sixth Form is a thriving community of young adults who are all working hard to achieve their goals, whether in academic success, their post-18 aspirations or in our wide range of enrichment activities.

As part of the Southern Consortium we offer a wide range of subjects for study at A level and Btec which are delivered by highly professional, experienced and dedicated teaching staff.  As well as their subject teachers each student has a personal tutor, an academic mentor and a pastoral team to help ensure that they are supported fully throughout their courses and in their progression from Eastbury Sixth Form to University, apprenticeships or work.

All of our students are given the opportunity to take on responsibilities that enable them to develop personally and to respond to the needs of the wider society through our extensive enrichment programme, range of trips and work that we do within our community.

I feel extremely proud to be part of the Eastbury community, no more so than when visitors comment on the happy and purposeful atmosphere they find here; this comes from the warm relationships which exist between staff and students, creating a community in which each person is valued, can flourish, and achieve their full potential.

We hope that you take the next step in deciding to become a part of our Sixth Form. Please read more about Eastbury on our website and do not hesitate contact our Sixth Form team if you have any further questions.
