GCSE Results - August 2024

Once again we have wonderful news regarding the exceptional achievements of the pupils at Eastbury Community School. The dedication and commitment shown by our pupils continue to amaze and inspire all of us at the school.

The recent GCSE results are a testament to the hard work and resilience of our pupils. With a fifth of all pupils achieving grades 9-7 in English and the same amount in Maths, it is clear that their determination to excel shines through. Furthermore, 76% of pupils achieved grades 9-4 in English and 70% in Maths, showcasing their consistent effort and progress.

I am particularly proud to highlight the outstanding achievements of some of our pupils, such as the 9 students who attained grades 7+ in all subjects and the remarkable feat of 1 pupils securing 8 grade 9s and 1 grade 8. Additionally, 113 pupils achieved at least one grade 7, and an impressive 185 pupils attained 5 or more grades 9-4.

The class of 2024 truly deserve our congratulations and best wishes as they move on to the next phase of their educational journey. We are excited to witness their continued success and development, with many of them continuing their journey by enrolling in our Outstanding 6th Form.
